Sam is Gerhard Lehmann - el Masri's lawyer
Manfred Gnjidic, Gnjidic & Aehle, el Masri's lawyer, claims Gerhard Lehmann is Sam.
"He was quite certain when shown photos but was less certain during the physical line-up," state prosecutor Martin Hoffman. "We do not think the police official was Sam."
