Sismi refuses Nasr snatch 'state secrets'
Italy’s Sismi military intelligence agency has refused to cooperate with magistrates investigating a possible Italian role in the kidnapping of cleric Hassan Mustafa Osama Nasr, citing "state secrets."One senior Sismi official under investigation, Marco Mancini, has said that the CIA asked Italy to help kidnap Nasr, but it refused because it would be illegal. here
