Black Sites
Kyle D. Foggo, Dusty: In November 2004, he was named the C.I.A.’s executive director, in effect its day-to-day administrative chief. He was eventually convicted in a bribery scandal involving former Representative Randall Cunningham of California. Mr. Foggo pleaded guilty and is serving a sentence on the fraud count. here
